  Nancy Hozier-Howard: Not enough instructions and what intructions you gave aren't clear.....need product usage...in order and detailed for each product I purchased. And did not receive toner at all and each procedure calls for it to be pressed on after applying. The wands seem to work great...just very confused on what product is used first and when. The directions are just not very clear....and Francesca's confused me completely. Better directions and I'll continue to be a loyal customer because the products do work.

  Jennifer Roman: I feel like the product has potential but I have so a lot of problems with my device working correctly. I even had to pay to replace it. Got the replacement and the same trouble with the latest one. Shame I waisted a couple grand on this that doesn't work right. It did assist on certain places as far as stretch marks. I was getting results but the thing never works anymore. If the product worked like it was supposed to I would give it 5 stars. I am an ambassador for this company but didn't matter, unhappy

  mellie z: Apk freezes up. I reported it and the response was "it works ok, uninstall, reinstall yea so here I go a third time. Also the person was treating me like I was an idiot by saying "you're not supposed to skip a day" . So what if I did. The apk could work and adjust for that.

  Kri Ken: Apk is horrible never works since they updated it and even then it was subpar.... their devices cost thousands, yet they can't excellent a easy apk that only consists of a monthly tracker. Ridiculous.
