  patty reagan: I'm having a hard time figuring out how to access any camera visuals another than true time. I really need a video that shows me how to use this camera and its apks after it is set up. My camera is installed, set up and has a good true time view in the home apk, however, that's all I'm able to do. Should VPai provide better instructional videos or on line instructions for how to watch pre true time video? Modernize, I spent quite awhile adjusting duration time and alerts. working!

  Henr C: every time, when there are movement,we would not be able to see what cause the movement until two hours later even though we got high speed internet on both ends (50 meg) .when someone at the door pushing the door bell, we got the message, but we should not reply the call until3 to 4 mins later that the person usually gone , the lag is unacceptable.

  Greg Becker: This apk "paired" with the camera is garbage. The instructions has been interpreted by someone who didn't have awesome content to interpret. Someone needs to create a comprehensive you tube video if they wish to sell more troops from Amazon. Sorry for the negativity, but it's so frustrating!

  Marcie Fessler: most of the clips on the alerts present no activity because the delay is so long even though it's set to the shortest time accessible (2 seconds). someone walked up to and past the camera, delivered something to the back door, but the video only caught him when he was leaving...after he was 50 feet from the camera. good camera. POS tool. Camera manufacturer needs to create camera work with another apks that work better.

  Kent Hohlfeld: This is a beautiful awful apk. It crashes A LOT on a Galaxy s7. It is especially awful about crashing if you aren't connected to wireless connection. The set up for the camera actually worked beautiful well but the crashing problem is so awful as to create the apk almost worthless. It is so awful that I returned the camera.

  Al Minor: Response is super slow. The apk doesn't do what it says. You can only assume what it is recording to the sd card since you can't begin it from the apk. Doesn't work on smart TVs which would be a large plus.
