CHECK HOW FAR AWAY THE OP IS BEFORE U BID!!!! i didn't check the map to see where the business was before i bid on my first op and it turned out to like be an hour way from me :\ i managed to recall it before it got acepted tho and bid on one that was like 10 min away

I suggest putting your best foot forward when you get accepted for your first Op, if I had known that the ratings would be such a big deal I would of definitely showed up on time and worked hard. Unfortunately I received a negative rating due to my performance and tardiness and now businesses rarely select my bid because of my poor performance on my first Op.

idk if its a cheat but u can try to bid on the same work as ur friends so u can carpool, sometimes my bf and i dont get acepted for the same one tho

u get points n badges for different stuff like good ratings and how much u work

It took a little time for my bid to get accepted for my frist Op, I guess because I didn't have any ratings and it was my first time bidding. But I've now completed over 30 Ops, the one suggestion I would give is make sure you read the entire Op description before you place a bid, its happened to me where I just get excited and bid on everything without reading the description and Op details and then a business accepts my bid and come to realize its about a 1hr drive....I received a negative rating for that. Oh and don't forget to confirm your attendance when you get the email confirmation or they will call and text you like no other.
