SWAC’s Mobile Authentication Program (‘MAT’) is accessible to authorized players of the Safe Worker Access Consortium’s trusted community portal. Safety specialists use MAT on mobile devices to quickly access members’ records, verify their identity, and validate private attributes that demonstrate adherence to relevant safety and security policies. This real-time evaluation of policy requirements and individuals’ current certifications helps monitor workforce compliance at all times, at all places. In the happening of increased threat, extra attributes can be added to the access requirements for a given place, immediately impacting the real-time analysis of access rights for members. If the applicant has successfully completed all the needed enrollment steps and background screening, a green light display will indicate active compliance with tool criteria defined for a specific place. Each agency place can select its own special criteria from SWAC’s broad compliance services (e.g. Safe Worker™, Secure Worker™, Secure Driver™), or specialized customer qualifications. Could any aspect of the individual’s record fail to meet the tool requirements at a given place, a prominent red light display will clearly indicate access restrictions.
