Phase card Rummy offline is a variation of famous card mini game "Liverpool Rummy". How to play: The objective of the mini game is to be the first user to complete all 10 mini game phases with defined card sets. The guidelines are simple to learn and suitable for all ages. Player draw a card from either the deck or the top of the discard pile at the beginning of their turn.
