About the application:

Play a strategic simulation of an infectious illness spreading around the globe - start a global pandemic. You can play with one of following pathogens, each unlocked one after other: Bacteria, Virus, Protozoa, Parasite, Fungus, Prion, Extraterrestrial, Zombie or make your own custom pathogenic organism. Choose a country you wish to begin your infection in and start your pandemic. Gain evolution points and make batter your pathogen's symptoms, transmission routes and resitance to external factors. The illness can spread across the borders to neighbouring countries, on a plane, on a ship and, if you buy the transmission by birds, they can spread it when migrating. Occasionally natural disasters happen - select the country you wish the disaster to happen in, and automatically assist your illness to spread from it. Watch out, as humans will test to do whatever they can to stop your illness from spreading. After they classify the illness as an epidemic danger, they will begin developing a vaccine that can provide immunity to the illness and thus save them. Keep in mind there are 2 gamemodes! You can also play as Humanity, where a pathogen begins the opponent, and take your chances in saving people from extinction. You will be able to close borders, airports and seaports, as well as make batter illness prevention ways. The goal is to develop a vaccine and save as a lot of as possible.
