  Lucy: I've been using this since Battlescribe died and gladly help them. The UI is responsive and reliable syncing across all devices is good. There are a few things I don't like; some of the buttons end up too little on my smartphone, even with the layout updates, for instance. But compared to the tournament, well, there's no tournament!

  Gaelan Shively: This is by far the best list management apk I have ever seen for Horus Heresy. I used to use Battlescribe but this is method better. Much better looking, easier to use, better UI and UX, never had any true issues. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement is to add the ebook and page referenced for rule citations. I think they would be helpful.

  Eric Brooks: EDIT - No longer as player friendly on mobile. The most latest ver has included advertisements, and once you begin a list, the banner advertisement at the bottom covers/blocks the Home/Lists buttons used to navigate the apk. Please fix! Most user-friendly troops builder apk for Warhammer 40k! Frequently updated, cross-platform help, exports directly to Yellowscribe, and multiple another export formats accessible. Play Mode feature is very nice for datasheet reference at the table. Better than Battlescribe by a lot!

  David Booth: At first, all I wanted was something to calculate points that should replace Battlescribe, but after enough usage, I honestly think it's the superior apk. Being able to build an troops on the web ver and then create tweaks and simple access during mini games on my smartphone create it really useful, and it always seems to modernize quickly when fresh releases are out.

  Stephen Barr: This is THE de facto best apk for 40k troops building. Mini games Workshop's apk requires codex purchases, and is honestly just less player friendly. There are a lot of awesome features, such as list duplication, inventory tracking, keywords listed directly on unit so you don't have to navigate back and forth from an index. It's honestly good and completely gratis. I help because I approve of their work, and would suggest anyone else using it to do so from their website.

  Dustin “DadamsYK”: Up to date, accurate and intuitive. I hold it begin on my smartphone while playing, and it's quicker and more organized than any another list builder. You can also easily send and keep lists from your enemy that modernize in true time if there are changes, can't trust it is gratis.

It's gratis but does have a little subscription for some additional QoLs and supports a ton of various mini games. Add a minus instead of just a plus, let swiping it away sideways like it's ms outlook, that kinda items. EDIT: CHanged tk 5 stars, the buttons were there but are black on black in dark color settings! Please change the trash can icon color for dark settings to be white not black!

  Carl: Not only is it the best troops builder out there, but it is easy and intuitive. I use for AoS, Spearhead, 40K, Slay Squad, Bolt Action, and Old Globe. Works good on phones, tablets, and in browsers on a PC. I can't say enough how good this apk is, you won't be disappointed!

  Dawa1147 Mobile: Finally a awesome troops builder apk for Warhammer. Battlescribe is sort of abandoned by the creator, who knows how long the unpaod volonteers can hold it running. The Official WH40k apk needlessly paywalls its guidelines and quality of life features, and fully setting up troops takes too mamy steps. Fresh Recruit does everything AND can display a readable, usable printout of your troops list. Only thing I would like to be added are the stratagems, but afaik those might cause problems with regards to copyright.

  Random Bozo: It is the 2nd millineum. all know listbuilding programs have fallen to ruin. Battlescribe lays in the dust, forgotten, abandoned by its creators. The official apk hides itself between an absurd pay wall, and rosterizer disguises itself with nonsense jargon, seeking only to trick and mislead. Above the fallen, a lone character rises. In the grim darkness of 2024, there is only Fresh Recruit.
