NADRA Lunched registration forms for Naya Pakistan Housing Insurance Programme. National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) released registration forms on its site for Prime Minister Imran Khan's “Naya Pakistan Housing Insurance Programme ”. Basically this Insurance is like a loan kind for Pakistani. PM Imran launched the 'Naya Pakistan Housing Project' under which five million affordable houses will be provided for under-privileged classes during the next five years. Initially, the project will be launched in seven districts which contain Faisalabad, Sukkur, Quetta, Swat, Islamabad, Gilgit and Muzaffarabad. The premier had announced that registration for the houses will start from Thursday with the cooperation of NADRA, which has been tasked with collecting data to identify those in need. Following the premier’s orders, the authority has issued registration forms on its website. How to apply The registration form can be downloaded from NADRA's site and can be submitted from October 12 to December 21 along with Rs250 registration fee at chosen district offices which are as follows: Photo: NADRA Sukkur: DC Office Quetta: NADRA Registration Centre, Sariab Road Gilgit: DC Office Muzaffarabad: DC Office old secretariat Swat: DC Office, District Court, Mengura Islamabad: NADRA Mega Center, Blue Place Faisalabad: DC Office Faisalabad Criteria for eligibility Only one person per family is eligible to apply for the scheme. Preference will be given to candidates who do not own any independent residential unit in Pakistan. Based on the data collected from the forms, housing specification, including design, price and website, will be decided for the applicants.
