  Kelly Monteleone: Enjoying the apk... But one of my key problems is deciding if I'm truely hungry and this apk skips that question(s)... Figuring out why I wish to eat is why I downloaded ... Not sure how helpful it will be without that decision tree

  A Google user: I am super satisfied with this apk. It is intuitively organized and provides help that helps me identify and "feed" my truest need when I am not physically hungry. I was also looking for something to bring me into my body in a mindful method to help with intuitive eating when I AM hungry. This apk provides that as well, and using it is fast and simple.   A Google user: I really like some aspects of this apk. The guidance for mindful eating is good for example. However I was disappointed in the section that advises you when you need assist making meal choices. I expected this section to tutorial me through making choices based on what my body needs, but instead it gives choices of various 'healthy' snacks that I may or may not have in the fridge and that I might not even like. I wish to learn to create my own meal choices in a healthy, intuitive and mindful method, not pick from a list of what someone else thinks I could eat.
