HPE MyRoom with Visual Remote Guidance (VRG) - Innovation for your remote customer service and training delivery. HPE VRG connects most any mobile device / wearable (Android device or iOS) securely to the enterprise through HPE MyRoom (SaaS Cloud). HPE MyRoom is a collaboration and e-learning platform used for one to one, one to a lot of, or a lot of to a lot of engagement (since 1999). Our site has the MyRoom (www.myroom.hpe.com) and VRG (www.myroom.hpe.com/vrg) documentation. Differentiators: • 1:1, 1:many, and a lot of to a lot of sessions • 256 AES encrypted from end to end; 1024 when proxied through MyRoom servers • For help, the end player can join a “waiting room” with others waiting for help. Then the help agent can move them from the waiting room to a personal room for 1 on 1 help • Use one application for help, training delivery, and collaboration • MyRoom desktop is accessible for Windows, Mac, and Linux. • Mobile clients on Android device or iOS • Supports h.265 on devices with GPU encoding
