Grendel36 is a mashup of the famous 2048 style tile mini game and the legacy online mini game Grendel’s Cave, creating Grendel36 2048! Are you ready for the fun of the classic 2048 puzzle with the added excitement and tactic of earning magical weapons and using these to slay creatures and even switch creature positions on the mini game board? Are you ready to face Grendel, build an amulet by combining creatures, slay Grendel and victory the Mini game? Are you ready to face Grendel’s Mother, build the Giant Sword and slay her? Are you ready to slay the Dragon, become a dragon slayer character and create it to Valhalla? How do you play Grendel36? You swipe the screen up, down, left and right on a 4x4 mini game board to combine creature tiles of the same type. When two of the same type of creatures touch and combine they die and spawn the next higher value creature in their put. After each move a fresh creature tile randomly appears on an empty spot on the board. Hold sliding creatures to combine them into higher and higher value creatures, until you combine the two highest value creatures for the level and advance to the next level . You earn magical weapons by combining three or more of the same creatures in a row. Use these magical weapons to hack the mini game. You can use swords to strike and slay a creature directly. You can use Thor’s Hammer, Mjolnir, to strike an entire row or column of creatures and slay them all. You can use the Witch’s magical Hourglass to switch the position of creatures on the board and make more and better moves in the game. There are 24 cave levels, with top value creatures ranging from 512 to 1024. There are four advance levels; the end of the pools of water is a 2048 level where you search and stomp the Cyclops, Heorot Hall is a 2048 level where you wrestle Grendel, the Mere is a 4096 level where you war Grendel’s Mother and the Dragon’s Lair is an 8192 level where you kill the Dragon. As you advance from one level to the next you gain more premium weapons and even keys to the Dragon’s treasure. Use the keys for a possibility to steal stuff from the treasure, swords, Mjolnir, Hourglasses and perhaps, if you are lucky, a Magic Hole that will increase the mini game board size to 5x5 or even bigger.
