About the application:

Golden Empire Youth Tackle Football & Cheer is Kern County's biggest high school feeder tool. It was developed for the purpose of providing a competitive football tool that would not only encourage outstanding athletic performance, sportsmanship and squad play but also give participants an occasion to play on squads with users in their high school district with whom they will continue playing within high school. We trust this tool will not only assist produce some outstanding individual athletes but also assist build outstanding high school squads for the future. Mission Statement The purpose of this nonprofit organization is to provide a competitive youth tackle football tool as well as a non competitive youth cheer tool for elementary and junior high school students. The basic goal of this league is to provide a secure and educational training ground for the primary fundamentals of youth football and cheer, to develop sound mind, body and hero while promoting an atmosphere of fun for our youth. Core Values 1. Encourage a love of the mini game by providing a well structured youth athletic tool that is fun for all involved. 2. Teach the lessons that youth Tackle Football and Cheer are uniquely designed to promote such as: * Teamwork and Sportsmanship * Discipline and Commitment * Respect for Self and Authority * Success is earned through hard work and dedication 3. Respect and encourage the role of parents in the development of their children. 4. Encourage citizenship and promotion of community. 5. Stimulate healthful recreation through athletics. 6.
