It is a platform where job seekers and workers can learn about their rights and working abroad and they can exchange info, reviews, ratings, and tip about employers, recruiters, and service providers, in both home and destination countries. The concept is related to Yelp or Trip Advisor, except the platform is in Burmese (ရွှေအိပ်မက်) and Khmer (ឈ្មោះកម្មវិធីជាភាសាភូមា) language and the key subjects are those that are most relevant to migrant workers. Golden Dreams also has features for peer-to-peer discussion and exchange of experiences, and a recruitment marketplace that connects job seekers with actual begin jobs advertised by registered recruiters and employers.
