About the application:

This apk is a study aid for exams like the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) ethics exam, often taken by second-year U.S. law students. (Both the term and acronym are trademarked by the try producers, which we are not.) Each question on a typical exam is a case study. You read each case study, figure out which rule is being inspected, and reply the question accordingly. Thus, it's not enough to read quick. You have to recognize and know the guidelines *dead cold* so you can figure out the right reply under time pressure. Tick-tock... Most bar exam apks concentrate on practice questions. These are useful *after* you know the guidelines dead cold. But the apks don't *concentrate* on the guidelines; you have to learn those for yourself by either getting variety of questions wrong and making disorganized notes for each one, or by somewhat organized review lectures, or by reading a badly-organized ebook, or by unorganized study of the legalese in the guidelines once you search them online. Barrels of fun, right? Our apk concentrates on the guidelines instead by grouping the most commonly asked guidelines on such exams into 31 subjects. Each subject is fully explained in a chunk of 20 clues, designed to teach the material in a method that makes sense and will stay together better in your head. Subjects are grouped differently than in most review classes--but our method is easier to learn. Use our apk to follow along with the lectures in a review class, and things will create much more sense, much faster. If studying totally on your own to save cash, the HELP screen even recommends which subjects to study together so everything will fit into your brain in one coherent whole. The app's three modes are: PLAY GAME, STUDY ETHICS MATERIAL and USE FLASH CARDS (so 2 of the 3 modes are fun; when have you *ever* said *that* about a bar review apk?) Instructions for each mode, as well as suggested scores to be ready for the exam, are on the app's HELP screen. Some clues (in the STUDY mode) include underlined hyperlinks that can be tapped to search more info for deeper study. After reaching the suggested scores with our apk, you could take a practice exam and/or use practice questions from other source. This apk does *not* include practice questions!
