  CC F: I had problem connecting it to my Samsung S20 FE Android device smartphone at first and almost sent it back for a refund, but I figured out the problem was because my smartphone was connected to a VPN. It connected perfectly after I disconnected the VPN and repeated the connection procedure. I like that you can select the ear you are trying to view so the camera angle adjusts for proper viewing.
