  James Templin: Works ok Appreciate this apk on the grounds that the apk does exactly what it says it does. Nothing else. No adds, no pop ups, no up selling just your insurance cards. I can search providers easily and send them my card straight from my smartphone. It's easy and it doesn't take up a lot of space...the only problem I have is when you hit the back button it exits the apk otherwise I would give 5 stars

  Michael Corrigan: Not very helpful Would be much more useful if you should stay logged in or use a pin to access your acc details. Having to remember my member ID and a bunch of another items type of defeats the purpose.

  Steven John: Receive some fresh developers This is one of the worst apks I have ever used. Dental Choose makes a lot of $. This is the best you can come up with? The back button on the device dosnt work but rather exits out of the apk entirely. No providers ever present up even though there are hundreds. Very very very amateur development.

  littlebull frogman: Used it twice. Less than worthless! First time I used it the apk actually located dentist, but not a single eye doctor. Second time it didn't locate anything. I tried to email the webmaster and it rejected my email. Awesome job in not create it do anything. Someone could pay cash for this gratis apk. Ha ha ha ha!!!!

With all the scams in the globe I am not going to believe logging into some apk created by a random person! If this is a dental choose apk you need to place your company name on it. Totally unprofessional!

  Owen Robbins: It would be nice if I should actually receive any info from the apk. I enter all of my log in details and it just takes me to a blank white screen. This is as useless of an apk as you can receive.
