About the application:

Cruel Solitaire is played using one standard 52-cards deck and aim of the mini game is to build all cards into the foundation using infinite number of moves. 4 Aces are dealt to 4 foundation piles at the begin and remaining cards are dealt to 12 tableau piles face-up with each pile getting 4 cards. Cards in a tableau pile are build-down by suit. Only the top card of each tableau pile is accessible for play. Empty tableau pile can not be filled with any card. Foundations are build-up by suit. At any time after making desired moves, cards in the tableau can be collected in same sequence without shuffling and re-arranged to tableau piles in a set of 4. This can be done as a lot of times as you wish. The mini game is won when all the cards are on the foundation piles.
