  Steve Collins: constantly logging me out and what a pain in the arse that is to have to kind your password that is not stored every time you wish to use the mobile to allow yourself in.. also there are no shortcuts you can place on like a widget/shortcut to begin your gate would be good, but nope, nothing like that.. also the ringtone that it makes on your smartphone could be customizable, the default ringtone now has my dogs all singing the same tune every time i receive a visitor, cool about the dogs singing, not cool lacking primary feature like changing of that ringtone.. :(

  Jack J: Are you kidding me??? What a horrible developer they have. Worst player experience ever. Doesn't even work for the most primary function. Looks like they just changed the interface layout on an already awful setup and called it awesome. This will be the beginning demise of the rest of the company. We're pulling our subscriptions.
