  Ted Phillips: [modernize]: giving one more star since they added weather. but even though i set it to a image album from the home apk, it still doesn't take result on backdrop 1.3.4 (with the 33 cast receiver). haven't been using it once more long enough to still if it still has the lag/sleep problems. should really use an modernize from the play shop (not sure if newer devices than mine are getting something better as part of the system photo) [modernize modernize]: didn't leave it enabled long enough to search out if it still gorked sleep. keeps the device running hot compared to another daydreams.

  Mahesh Asolkar: After using backdrop on Chromecast for so long, Backdrop Daydream on Android device TV just seems incomplete. The custom sources, weather - I am used to seeing on the TV are missing. If anything, I was expecting Android device TV to be a super-set of Chromecast features. Disappointed! I guess there'll have to be a seemingly redundant Chromecast on one of the HDMI ports.

  A Google user: Daydream feature on Nvidia Shield TV has two options: boring and more boring. Go search "Aerial Dream" (here on Google Play Shop). It's the best option for Daydream Android device TV at show. Awesome luck to all of us finding better Daydream options.

  David Monostori: Google Images is not an option on Android device TV. While it works on a chromecast, there is no option on the Nexus User to set a specific album as a backdrop. This feature is accessible on a chromecast but not on Android device TV? Same acc is used on both.
