You wish to know if a meal is compatible with fructose malabsorption, lactose, sorbitol or histamine intolerance? Or do you wish to search out if it is gluten-free or suitable for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)? Well, just ask Ingrid!

Ingrid is your companion in daily life with meal intolerances. She gives you info about the tolerability, the amount of fructose, lactose, sorbitol, gluten, histamine or FODMAP in your meal. 
Download the gratis apk and adjust your private intolerances. Ingrid shows you all the necessary info. The info is based on scientific findings and the meal ratings are developed in collaboration with the experts of the Austrian charity “Society for Public Health”. Ingrid also shows you how well individual foods are tolerated by another people. So the community results allow you see, how another patients tolerated that foods.

The data come from the “Society for Public Health”. This project has been researching intolerance for a lot of years and has made the basis for Ingrid with a unique meal intolerance database. The data used are all derived from scientific research, evaluated by patients and inspected by nutrition experts.

These data are evaluated anonymously by Ingrid and created accessible to all another players.
