  Carlos Fernandez: Al ser una apk (against a una llamada telefónica al 911) ya de entrada puede recibir más información. ¿Entonces a qué se debe que para poder ser usada solicite tanta información? Como toda aplicación de gobierno es burocracia y excede la información necesaria para ser usada. Los desarrolladores deberían respetar reglas de diseño y usabilidad básicas. Es una vergüenza que una aplicación tan importante cometa estos errores.

Then add traffic noise and zero early warning system exist. If only the sound of this broken earth quake alarm was not some pathetic excuse for a faked orgasm sound. But maybe a air raid alarm from WW2 and loud then we should understand what is event. So tired to hear a truck or a ambulance in the road with the same sound and run out into the road expecting a earth quake. Come on CDMX receive your act together.
